Hands-on knowledge of Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques (RCCM, DMAIC, A3, or equivalent)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification minimum
Strong analytical skills with KPI development, dashboard creation, and performance reporting experience
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills

What you'll be doing

Lead end-to-end transformation projects from opportunity identification through implementation and benefit realization
Identify and execute process simplification, standardization, automation, and digitization opportunities
Facilitate Lean events, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement activities across Customer Care functions
Partner with operations, digital, and IT teams to design scalable future-state operating models and drive adoption
Monitor transformation portfolio progress and communicate status updates to leadership
