Role summary
Senior Analyst role supporting the US Tissue Reconstruction division with financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include revenue and expense forecasting, variance analysis, budget support, and preparation of financial review packages for senior management.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Finance or Accounting experience, preferably FP&A
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Experience with multidimensional databases (Hyperion, BPC, OneStream) preferred
- Experience with Power BI, COGNOS, or Oracle preferred
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate revenue and standard COGS forecasts with marketing and sales teams, including scenario planning
- Partner with accounting to forecast non-standard COGS including excess inventory and scrap
- Perform actual versus forecast variance analysis and support budget management with department leads
- Develop and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial review packages for senior management and CEO/CFO
- Support monthly close process and prepare ad hoc financial analyses as needed
