Role summary

Senior Analyst responsible for end-to-end enablement operations supporting the Field Sales Organization within J&J MedTech Heart Recovery. This role manages fleet and mobility lifecycle operations, develops policies and procedures, and delivers analytics to support business priorities while ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree with minimum four years professional experience, or Associate's degree with minimum six years
Experience supporting operational programs for field-based organizations such as fleet, vendor credentialing, or field enablement
Strong analytical skills with experience producing metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports
Proficient in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookups, and formulas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to develop SOPs and policies
Demonstrated project coordination and cross-functional collaboration experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong attention to detail

What you'll be doing

Manage day-to-day fleet and SAFE Fleet operations including vehicle replacements and safety initiatives
Operate full J&J Mobility lifecycle including provisioning, device replacement, and vendor coordination
Produce and analyze scorecards and operational reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Lead training, onboarding, and knowledge transfer for fleet and mobility processes across the field organization
Develop and maintain policies, standard operating procedures, and governance to mitigate compliance and operational risk
