Role summary
This role develops AI-powered solutions to automate legal and compliance workflows across Danaher's global operations. The Senior Legal Engineer will design and deploy large language model applications for contract review, regulatory analysis, and document processing while ensuring data security, quality standards, and user adoption across legal teams.

- 5+ years professional experience shipping production software or machine learning applications

- Hands-on experience with vector databases, cloud platforms, Docker, and Kubernetes

What you'll be doing
- Partner with legal stakeholders to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Design and build end-to-end AI solutions for contract review, legal research, and compliance workflows
- Develop scalable document processing pipelines for ingestion, parsing, and indexing legal content
- Write production-grade code and deploy AI features through CI/CD pipelines with monitoring
- Build evaluation frameworks and quality metrics for legal AI outputs ensuring accuracy and defensibility
