Role summary
Amgen seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and scale end-to-end ML and generative AI platforms supporting hundreds of practitioners. - Track record integrating AI SaaS/PaaS and building ML services at scale
- Master's in Computer Science/Data Science OR Bachelor's with 10+ years IT experience
- Strong business acumen and executive communication skills
What you'll be doing
- Design and engineer end-to-end ML pipelines using MLOps stacks like Kubeflow and SageMaker
- Convert research models into production microservices with Docker/Kubernetes and secure APIs
- Build full-stack AI applications integrating models with UIs and business logic layers
- Implement observability, security and responsible-AI controls across deployed models
- Develop reusable platform components and mentor data scientists on production best practices
