What you'll be doing

Manage daily general ledger activity and bank reconciliations for refinance loan transactions
Oversee property, plant, and equipment analysis, capitalization entries, and reconciliations
Lead accounting onboarding processes for new lenders ensuring system and operational readiness
Drive month-end close workflows including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
Identify process improvements to eliminate bottlenecks and automate manual accounting tasks
