What you'll be doing

Design, build, and maintain automated evaluation pipelines for LLM quality, RAG, and agent reliability
Author evaluation rubrics, curate golden and synthetic datasets, and maintain reusable evaluation assets
Validate AI judges against human expert agreement and run standardized benchmarks
Analyze failure patterns and develop therapeutic-area-specific evaluation criteria with domain partners
Build evaluation tooling and self-serve patterns for other teams

Compensation€55,400.00 - €87,860.00 base
