Role summary

What they're looking for

- 3-10+ years experience in Computer Science or IT depending on degree level
- Hands-on Scrum Master experience in Agile and SAFe environments
- Deep knowledge of SAFe principles, Agile Release Trains, and Lean-Agile frameworks
- Proficiency with Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro)
- Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile Quality Assurance practices
What you'll be doing
- Facilitate SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Sprint Planning, and Inspect & Adapt sessions
- Coach Agile Release Train teams on SAFe best practices and Lean-Agile principles
- Remove organizational and technical impediments to enable faster, higher-quality delivery
- Track and report Agile metrics (Velocity, Flow Efficiency, Lead Time) to measure team progress
- Collaborate with Release Train Engineers and DevOps teams to optimize delivery pipelines
