Amgen seeks a Scrum Master to lead Agile execution within Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments across India. Bachelor's degree with 8-10+ years IT experience, or Master's with 6-8+ years, or Doctorate with 3-5+ years
Hands-on Scrum Master experience in Agile and SAFe environments with deep framework knowledge
Proficiency in Agile tools including JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Miro
Strong coaching, mentoring, and servant leadership abilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Lean Portfolio Management practices
Proven conflict resolution, blocker removal, and team performance optimization capability

What you'll be doing

Facilitate SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Sprint Planning, and Inspect & Adapt sessions
Coach Agile Release Train teams on SAFe principles, Lean-Agile best practices, and Agile mindset adoption
Remove organizational and technical impediments to enable faster, higher-quality value delivery
Guide product backlog management, prioritization, and value-driven decision-making with Product Owners and Business Owners
Enable Agile metrics tracking and reporting using KPIs such as Velocity, Flow Efficiency, Lead Time, and Predictability
