Proficiency with Agile tools including JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
Deep understanding of SAFe principles, Agile Release Trains, and Lean-Agile frameworks
Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities with cross-functional teams
Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile quality assurance practices

What you'll be doing

Facilitate SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Inspect & Adapt sessions
Coach Agile teams and Release Train members on SAFe methodologies and Lean-Agile principles
Remove organizational and technical impediments to enable faster, higher-quality value delivery
Track and report Agile metrics such as Velocity, Flow Efficiency, Lead Time, and team Predictability
Drive continuous improvement by promoting retrospective action items and Agile technical excellence
