What you'll be doing
- Execute high-throughput protein production workflows for antibody and multispecific biologics discovery programs
- Design, optimize, and troubleshoot transient mammalian expression at micro- and mid-scale using established cell systems
- Operate and maintain automated purification systems, liquid handlers, robotic workstations, and analytical instrumentation
- Develop scalable, reproducible workflows for expression, purification, normalization, and quality control with associated documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align production activities with program priorities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
