What you'll be doing

Provide operational support for MODA LIMS and workstation-based laboratory systems through IT service management processes
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate incident resolution to ensure continuity
Lead application lifecycle management activities including upgrades, patching, migrations, and retirement planning
Serve as subject matter expert and primary contact for business users on laboratory applications
Support user acceptance testing, validation activities, and cross-functional technology solution delivery
