Role summary

Excellent communication, influencing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Prior experience leading projects, agencies, or team members preferred for Senior level

What you'll be doing

Conduct customer visits and collaborate with sales teams to identify research needs and translate insights into strategic decisions
Implement brand plans and monitor performance against market growth, product growth, market share, and forecast accuracy
Coordinate product training, develop brand campaigns and promotional materials, and evaluate execution effectiveness
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and Commercial Excellence to deliver business objectives
Coach and develop team members where applicable, fostering a high-performing collaborative culture
