What you'll be doing
- Receive, inspect, and check in samples; track laboratory reference standards and biological indicator needs
- Process outbound shipments using validated containers and temperature monitoring; handle IATA DOT hazardous materials
- Maintain sample inventory using RF scanners and mobile apps for replenishment, stock rotation, and cycle counts
- Audit sample inventory routinely, manage waste disposal, and support quarterly cleaning and inspection readiness activities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone; collaborate with supervisors to identify workflow improvements
