Natera seeks an experienced Salesforce Software Engineer to design and govern Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms, establish technical standards, and lead enterprise transformation initiatives. 8+ years of Salesforce architecture and implementation experience
Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL optimization

Deep knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits, performance optimization, and data modeling
Experience architecting multi-org, multi-cloud solutions in enterprise environments
On-site availability three days per week in Austin, TX

What you'll be doing

Design end-to-end platform solutions integrating Sales and Service Cloud with metadata frameworks and custom data models
Architect complex workflows, automation, and AI-driven capabilities including Einstein Analytics and Einstein Copilot
Lead implementation of key initiatives such as data cloud and skill-based routing from design through production
Establish platform standards, coding guidelines, integration patterns, and org hygiene best practices
Mentor Salesforce developers and admins through design reviews and technical guidance
