Role summary
Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Salesforce Administrator to lead platform optimization and development for a global CRO. The role involves day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Salesforce CRM system while collaborating across business functions to deliver solutions.

What you'll be doing
- Own, manage, and optimize the entire Salesforce platform deployment

- Create and manage training materials; mentor users in CRM best practices
- Maintain database integrity, manage user roles and permissions, and troubleshoot production issues
