Role summary
Field-based sales representative position selling orthopaedic surgical instruments and medical devices throughout western Iowa and eastern South Dakota. Responsibilities include territory management, relationship building with healthcare stakeholders, product demonstrations, and clinical training to drive revenue growth.

What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed quota targets
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, hospital administrators, and supply chain partners
- Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and trials in clinical operating room environments
- Deliver in-service training and education to clinical staff on proper product use
- Lead product launches, conversions, and implementations while identifying new business opportunities
