- Ability to travel extensively throughout Bulgaria and provide on-site support
- Valid driving license
- Preferred: experience in neurosurgery, spine, or procedure-based clinical specialties
What you'll be doing
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue and market share objectives for Cranial & Spine portfolio
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for hospitals, neurosurgery centers, and spine care facilities
- Build relationships with neurosurgeons, spine surgeons, operating room personnel, and hospital leadership
- Provide product expertise and clinical education aligned with approved indications and company policies
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and reimbursement changes to identify growth opportunities
