Role summary
Field-based sales representative role selling neurosurgical products across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include driving sales performance, supporting surgical procedures, educating clinical teams, and building customer relationships with hospitals and surgeons.

- Medical device or neurosurgical sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated success achieving sales quotas and territory growth objectives
What you'll be doing
- Drive sales performance by promoting neurosurgical products and meeting assigned sales goals
- Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations in operating rooms
- Educate surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on products and clinical applications
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, and surgical stakeholders
- Track sales activity and territory performance using business tools and reporting processes
Compensation100% commission eligible for bonuses plus benefits
