What you'll be doing
- Lead, coach and develop eight Key Account Managers with clear expectations and regular feedback
- Segment and strategically manage key oncology and hematology accounts across Romania
- Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access and other teams on integrated plans
- Ensure all team communications comply with regulatory, ethical and company standards
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends; convert insights into business actions
