Role summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks an experienced Sales Manager for orthopedics in central Germany to lead regional sales strategy, manage field teams, and drive market adoption of innovative joint reconstruction solutions. Reports to Business Unit Director.

Multiple years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in orthopedics with medical device product knowledge

Fluent German and English language skills, spoken and written
Knowledge of healthcare policy, business economics, and healthcare market structures
Advanced MS Office proficiency

What you'll be doing

Execute and own regional sales strategy adapted to customer needs with focus on VELYS Robotic Assisted Solution market establishment
Forecast and budget planning with revenue and customer analysis
Lead field team with disciplinary responsibility, coaching, and performance management through regular evaluations and development
Analyze market data and competitive intelligence, translating insights into strategic team activities and cross-functional initiatives
Manage key customer relationships at executive and procurement leadership levels including pricing and contract negotiation
