What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base and achieve doubling business size within four years
- Establish sales objectives, forecast quotas, and project expected sales volume and profit for products
- Lead and manage sales executives, assess team strengths and weaknesses, and address training needs
- Provide line management, performance evaluation, and appraisals to team members
- Ensure sales targets and EBIT growth objectives are met while maintaining compliance with organizational policies
