What you'll be doing

Manage customer engagements in-person and virtually while building relationships with key decision-makers and clinicians
Develop account and territory plans aligned with marketing strategy, identify growth opportunities, and support contract negotiations
Provide comprehensive sales support including product launches, training coordination, equipment management, and order assistance
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, operations, and supply chain to resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction
