Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Materials Science, or related discipline
8+ years in scientific instrumentation, spectroscopy, process analytics, technical sales, or application support
B2B technical sales or customer-facing technical experience with analytical technologies
Ability to translate customer processes and technical requirements into analytical solutions
Fluency in Korean and professional English proficiency
Experience with Raman spectroscopy, Process Raman, PAT, or related process analytical technologies (preferred)
Hands-on experience with spectroscopic data analysis, chemometrics, or multivariate analysis (preferred)

What you'll be doing

Drive sales development and growth for AIO Process Raman Analyzer solutions nationwide
Identify new customers and applications across bio/pharma, semiconductor, battery, and advanced materials markets
Understand customer processes and recommend appropriate Process Raman solutions
Support application development including Raman data interpretation and analysis activities
Manage opportunities from technical evaluation through proposal development and revenue conversion
