Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Identify and qualify prospective surgeons and accounts; develop surgeon-specific sales strategies to convert new business
- Drive product sales across assigned territory using product knowledge and customer needs assessment
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR personnel, and hospital stakeholders through case coverage and support
- Provide in-services and educational workshops to surgeons, OR staff, and central supply personnel
- Manage territory inventory, promotional materials, and competitive threats while achieving balanced product sales mix
