What you'll be doing

Identify and qualify prospective surgeons and accounts; develop territory-specific sales strategies
Drive product sales across assigned orthopaedic products and named accounts through effective positioning
Build and maintain relationships with key surgeons, OR staff, and hospital decision-makers
Provide on-case support and education to surgeons and OR personnel through in-services and workshops
Meet business plan objectives and sales quotas while managing inventory and competitive threats
