What you'll be doing
- Support customer retention and new customer conversions to meet sales goals and market share objectives
- Guide surgeons in operating rooms through clinical and product expertise demonstrations
- Attend surgeries to ensure equipment availability, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance
- Track and deploy equipment and assets; manage inventory, purchase orders, and hospital billing
- Share market insights with sales and clinical teams; prepare sales reports and maintain promotional materials
