Role summary
Entry-level sales position within a structured development program focused on upper extremity and shoulder medical devices. Successful candidates will receive training and support to build clinical and commercial expertise while working directly with surgeons and healthcare facilities in an assigned territory.

What you'll be doing
- Develop relationships with surgeons and build clinical knowledge of product portfolio and procedures
- Provide product consultation and guidance during surgical procedures to OR staff and surgeons
- Coordinate surgery schedules, templating, and ensure implants and instruments are prepared and available
- Manage product inventory, billing documentation, and request replenishment through internal systems
- Support territory coverage including evening, weekend, and add-on case availability
Compensation$60,000-$70,000 base with bonus target
