What you'll be doing
- Prospect and establish new customers within assigned territory; manage sales pipeline and deliver proposals
- Sell consultatively by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate product solutions
- Develop strategic account business plans to achieve sales growth and quota targets
- Build and maintain customer relationships; handle quotations, complaints, and returns
- Generate sales reports and collaborate with manufacturer representatives to improve pricing and profitability
Compensation$65,700-$111,780 base salary; target cash opportunity $73,000-$124,200 with incentive compensation
