- Lead and develop a small knowledge-focused team with potential for scaling responsibilities
- Develop and maintain troubleshooting articles, decision trees, workflows, and technical reference materials
- Create adoption plans and training materials to support consistent knowledge resource use and associate readiness
- Monitor knowledge health dashboards, utilization metrics, content aging, and improvement progress to inform prioritization
