Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Develop customized account launch plans to support technology adoption and sustainable use
- Lead training programs for surgeons, staff, and administrators on ROSA system and related technologies
- Partner with Technology Solutions Managers and service technicians to onboard accounts and provide clinical support
- Support technology upgrades and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Complete administrative documentation and required annual trainings
Compensation$100,000-$120,000 base salary plus $75,000 incentive
