What you'll be doing
- Develop account-specific launch plans for sustainable technology support and adoption
- Lead surgical teams through training on ROSA™ system and other technologies
- Partner with Technology Solutions Manager on new account onboarding and system installation
- Provide clinical support during enabling technology cases and advanced upgrades
- Maintain customer satisfaction through responsive communication and professional engagement
Compensation$80,000-$120,000 base plus $50,000-$75,000 incentive pay
