Role summary
Medtronic seeks a Robotic Startup Specialist to lead the integration of HUGO surgical robotic systems into hospitals across Israel and the EMEA region. What you'll be doing
- Lead HUGO system integration into hospital facilities and establish program goals with clinical stakeholders
- Develop and coordinate surgeon and staff training plans, including proctoring and learning curve support
- Apply change management techniques to drive clinical adoption and achieve organizational buy-in
- Coach hospital staff to promote skill transfer and operational self-sufficiency
- Collaborate with field service engineers and hospital teams to prepare operating room environments
