Role summary
Masimo seeks an RMA Associate to manage returned medical device products in Amsterdam, including receipt, decontamination, quarantine handling, and ERP transaction processing. The role ensures regulatory compliance and inventory accuracy while processing approximately 15–20 pallets weekly in a regulated environment.
What they're looking for
- 2+ years reverse logistics, warehouse, materials, or manufacturing experience with serialized/lot-controlled products
- ERP/WMS system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor); comfortable with multiple databases and barcode scanning
- Knowledge of decontamination procedures, ESD handling, quarantine/recall practices, and FDA/ISO 13485 basics
- Strong data entry accuracy and documentation skills; ability to follow SOPs and work with Excel/Sheets
- Fluent in English
- Physical capability to lift/push/pull 18–22 kg; stand/walk extended periods; reliable attendance with flexibility
What you'll be doing
- Sort daily returns by category; log and decontaminate according to SOPs; manage ~15–20 pallets weekly
- Identify and quarantine recalled field products per FDA procedures; maintain traceability of serial numbers, SKU, LOT, and UDI
- Process return transactions across multiple ERP databases; verify documentation and determine disposition routing
- Verify warranty status, confirm customer information, and apply appropriate service fees by product family
- Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts; reconcile variances to maintain accuracy
