Role summary

This is a 2-year rotational program for software engineers featuring four six-month assignments across product design, manufacturing, and process engineering functions. Participants gain accelerated technical training and product knowledge, with opportunities to transition to permanent roles upon completion.

Proficiency in C, C++, C#, and Python
Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to learn new technical concepts quickly
Excellent written and oral communication skills with Microsoft Office competency
Self-directed approach and ability to thrive in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
Experience with robots or electro-mechanical devices (preferred)
Knowledge of QNX, Linux, Eclipse, embedded software, or MATLAB (preferred)

Support technical projects across multiple business units and engineering functions
Share project knowledge and findings with fellow RISE Engineers
Collaborate with mentors and colleagues to deepen organizational understanding
Participate in structured training sessions to develop technical and professional competencies
