AbbVie seeks a senior outsourced manufacturing manager to oversee contractor relationships and performance across external production partners. Coordinate production forecasts, schedules, and deliveries to maintain supply continuity with internal and external teams
Identify and mitigate operational risks related to capacity, materials, suppliers, and timelines through proactive planning
Lead Virtual Operations Teams and business reviews; define and track performance metrics on quality, cost, and delivery
Oversee quality audits, inspections, deviations, investigations, and corrective actions with manufacturing partners
