What you'll be doing

Lead and develop E&L Study Directors, fostering technical excellence and professional growth
Drive strategic direction of E&L programs supporting medical devices, pharmaceuticals and combination products
Partner with global cross-functional teams to ensure E&L strategies support product development and regulatory submissions
Review and approve study designs, protocols and reports to ensure scientific rigor and regulatory defensibility
Represent the organization during regulatory interactions, audits and customer discussions on E&L activities
