Role summary
Research Associate position supporting manufacturing and quality control of biological reagents and diagnostic products at Abcam's Cambridge facility. Responsibilities include antibody conjugation, ELISA testing, protein processing, and assay analysis to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

What you'll be doing
- Perform antibody conjugation, LN2 snap-freezing, and protein desalting procedures
- Conduct Direct and Sandwich ELISA and lateral flow assay quality control testing
- Analyze assay trends to identify deviations and support continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate experimental records in BMRs, notebooks, and Oracle ERP system
- Monitor and manage inventory of raw materials, consumables, reagents, and finished goods
