Role summary
Abbott seeks a Technical Support Specialist to provide remote technical assistance for diagnostic products across the Asia Pacific region. - Fluency in English plus Korean, Tagalog, Bahasa Indonesia, or Thai
- Experience with laboratory automation systems and analyzers preferred
- Knowledge of laboratory workflows, instrument operation, and troubleshooting processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in fast-paced environment
What you'll be doing
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for Abbott diagnostics products across APAC region
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laboratory analyzers, software, connectivity, and reagents
- Monitor instrument performance through dashboard visualization platforms and conduct proactive customer outreach
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in service management systems; follow up on open cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to customer Net Promoter Score improvement initiatives
