Role summary
Release Train Engineer who leads agile delivery and Scaled Agile Framework implementation for clinical programs. Facilitates cross-functional collaboration, manages risks and dependencies, and drives continuous improvement across product teams.
What they're looking for
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field with 12-16 years experience
- Strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies and practices
- Experience with Agile project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Certified SAFe RTE or equivalent professional certification
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical industry and clinical domain preferred
- Knowledge of DevOps and test automation processes in software delivery preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead and facilitate agile events including PI planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement meetings
- Advise on SAFe events such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
- Identify, escalate, and manage risks and dependencies across the Agile Release Train
- Monitor and report on Agile Release Train progress to ensure transparency and alignment with objectives
- Foster continuous improvement culture and guide teams toward higher levels of scrum maturity
