What you'll be doing

Evaluate, hire, and train Account Executives on customer needs and company products
Coach sales representatives on presentation skills, territory management, and productivity improvement
Monitor individual and team progress toward sales goals and report on performance metrics
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with regional sales objectives
Coordinate with manufacturing, marketing, and other departments to resolve product and process issues

Compensation$173,000 base annually, plus annual sales bonus plan opportunity
