10+ years biotech/pharmaceutical commercial experience in rare disease or specialty biologics preferred

What you'll be doing

Lead regional sales organization, translating UPLIZNA brand strategy into focused execution and measurable performance standards
Develop and coach District Managers as force multipliers; set clear expectations and drive accountability
Build inclusive, high-performing, compliant culture grounded in patient focus and operational excellence
Synthesize performance data and market intelligence to generate insights and adjust regional plans and resource allocation
Ensure all regional activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, company policies and Amgen standards
