What you'll be doing

Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with regional and global business objectives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform regional strategy
Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, and Marketing teams to align strategies and execute campaigns and events
Lead regional new-product launch execution using DBS Launch Excellence process with KPI measurement
Measure marketing program effectiveness, adjust plans based on performance, and strengthen competitive positioning
