What you'll be doing

Define and execute marketing strategies for Structural Heart portfolio across CEE region aligned with EMEA priorities
Lead regional New Product Introduction strategies and accelerate therapy adoption in established and emerging markets
Drive market share expansion and margin optimization across TAVI, TEER, Cardiac Surgery, and Structural Intervention product lines
Partner with Country Managers, clinical specialists, and distributor networks on joint customer engagement and field force enablement
Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Heart Teams, scientific societies, and represent business at major congresses
