Role summary
Natera seeks a Regional Customer Support Specialist for its Oncology division in a temporary-to-hire role supporting medical professionals and patients. What you'll be doing
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries promptly via phone and electronic channels
- Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, documenting interactions and coordinating with sales representatives
- Research and resolve escalated issues by identifying root causes and communicating solutions clearly
- Maintain knowledge of Natera's oncology tests including sample requirements, turnaround times, and documentation
- Handle protected health information in compliance with approved systems and security protocols
