- Functional knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and basic surgery
- Strong interpersonal communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Data analysis skills, results orientation, and ability to work independently in complex environments
- Technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and protocols preferred
What you'll be doing
- Provide independent clinical and technical support to surgeons during orthopedic surgical cases in operating rooms
- Serve as sole company representative ensuring equipment availability, functionality, and direct customer support
- Manage hospital billing, purchase orders, and troubleshoot physician and customer requests
- Maintain, track, and deploy equipment and assets throughout assigned territory to ensure product availability
- Share clinical insights and marketplace intelligence with sales and marketing teams to support growth
