Role summary

What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree, or Associate degree with medical certification (CST, PT, etc.) plus 2+ years professional experience, or 4+ years professional experience, or recent active military transition
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel frequently overnight/weekends or relocate as assigned
- Ability to work in operating room and lab environments with comfort around complex surgical procedures
- Strong interpersonal communication, critical thinking, and independent problem-solving capabilities
- Functional knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and basic surgical principles; technical product knowledge of instruments and protocols
- Data analysis experience with excellent attention to detail and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work autonomously within complex organizational and team structures
What you'll be doing
- Provide independent clinical and technical support to surgeons during orthopedic trauma surgical cases in operating rooms
- Manage equipment availability, inventory tracking, deployment, and logistics across assigned territory
- Handle hospital billing, purchase orders, and address customer requests with independent judgment
- Share clinical insights and market feedback with sales, marketing, and strategic teams to support growth
- Maintain promotional materials, equipment condition, and consult with OR and sterile processing departments
