What you'll be doing

Provide independent clinical and technical support to surgeons during orthopedic surgical cases in operating rooms
Manage billing, purchase orders, and logistics to ensure proper equipment availability and functionality
Troubleshoot physician needs and address customer requests with independent judgment
Track, maintain, and deploy surgical equipment and assets across assigned territory
Share customer insights and marketplace feedback with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to support growth
