Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Regional Clinical Manager to lead a clinical field team across western Germany. The role combines team leadership with strategic oversight of clinical operations, patient outcomes, and business results for cardiovascular medical devices.
What they're looking for
- Degree in nursing or equivalent clinical qualification; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years cardiology experience; interventional cardiology preferred
- At least 5 years management experience preferred
- Strategic sales and distribution experience required
- Clear and effective communication skills in German and English
- Ability to conduct frequent field travel (50-80%)
What you'll be doing
- Lead mid-sized clinical field team through coaching and on-site traveling supervision
- Manage clinical outcomes by implementing best practices and Abiomed training protocols
- Recruit, develop, and manage team performance and competency development
- Ensure patient implant coverage and maintain customer communication
- Conduct regular field visits with team members across assigned regions
