Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Regional Business Director to lead oncology sales teams across the West Region for the RYBREVANT franchise, covering lung and head & neck cancers. - Valid US driver's license; ability to travel 50% including overnight trips
- Oncology or solid tumor experience preferred; lung or head & neck cancer experience strongly preferred

- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate strategies into regional execution and market access
- Coach leaders to build alignment, navigate priorities, and deliver customer-centric outcomes
- Establish account goals, oversee metrics, and drive business performance across disease areas
